Dr. Shane Conner has been a licensed chiropractor serving the Lexington community for over 18 years.
He has served on the South Carolina Board of Chiropractors and Health Network Solutions Advisory Insurance Board. He is a graduate of East Carolina University and Sherman Chiropractic College, where he earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic, and continues to earn certificates in advanced education.
Throughout his 15 years of practice, Dr. Conner has made it his mission to provide cutting-edge technology and care to his patients while bringing them convenience and cost savings. He is truly a doctor that cares for your whole family and wants to be your small-town family doctor.

Elizabeth Tumaliuan is a highly skilled and compassionate nurse practitioner (AGACNP) who has been serving the Columbia/Lexington community for over 6 years. With 15 years of experience in nursing and as a nurse practitioner, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional skills and a strong commitment to providing high-quality healthcare.
Elizabeth is a graduate of Charleson Southern University and the University of South Carolina, where she earned her MSN (AGACNP) degree. Her dedication to continuous learning and professional growth is evident as she actively pursues certificates in advanced education.
Her experience in cardiology, sleep apnea, diabetes management, weight loss and lipids over the past six years as a nurse practitioner make her a highly skilled and knowledgeable healthcare professional.
Her holistic approach allows her to provide personalized and comprehensive care that takes into account all aspects of her patients’ health.
In addition to her clinical work, Elizabeth is an active volunteer for the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation, demonstrating her commitment to making a positive impact in the healthcare community. She also serves as a valued member of the CIU Nursing Advisory, contributing to the advancement of nursing education and practice.

Sonya Lane is a highly trained and knowledgeable physical therapist with over 32 years of experience, having served the Lexington and Columbia regions for over 26 years. She has worked in numerous settings including outpatient, acute care, transitional care rehabilitation, and home health. She has compassion and concern for all her clients, caring for them as she would for her own family.
Sonya graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and then attended the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy and Master’s degree in Health Science. She has advanced training in multiple areas to include orthopedics, geriatric care, balance and vestibular deficits, neurological diagnoses, myofacial releases, LSVT BIG, aquatic therapy, wound care and burn care. Her greatest joy has been educating her clients about their bodies and ways to improve their health and function, no matter their age. Assisting people to live their best lives has been her main goal, especially as they age and begin to lose their strength, flexibility, and balance. Finding creative and practical ways to assist people. in accomplishing their goals in any setting has been challenging and gratifying.
Sonya has known Dr. Conner for over 24 years as a client, and she and Dr. Conner have talked about how combining their specialties would positively impact their clients. At last, this dream has come true due to changes in the law, and Sonya could not be more thrilled about being a part of the Collaborative Healthcare team. When asked about her long-term goals, Sonya stated, “I am excited to see our clients become better by reducing pain and improving alignment of the spine with chiropractic care and remain better by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and functional movement with physical therapy.”
